Welcome to our Factored Owners’ Section.  As a Factored Owner of the Association, you are a valued part of the Cassiltoun Community, in the same way as our tenants are.

As part of our community we aim to provide a high-quality customer service through all our interactions with you, provide clear and understandable information to you.  We understand that buying your own home is one of the biggest financial commitments that you will ever make.  We want to assist you to ensure that your investment is protected and that you understand the rights and obligations both with us as the Property Factor and yourself as the homeowner.

We hope that you find this section of the website dedicated to you our factored owners useful and informative.  We aim to provide information on owners’ rights, responsibilities and on the services that we provide, as well as advice on a range of customer service issues.

Please also check out our Community Engagement and Money Advice pages.  As a factored owner of the Association you have access to our in-house Money Advice Team who provide a range on welfare rights and debt advice and assistance.  We also run a variety of community events throughout the year which caters for everyone.  We hope that there is something of interest to you and that we can welcome you to the events.
