Co-opted Board Member
Karen was co-opted on to the Board of Management at their Board meeting on 25th February 2026.
Karen is an event management professional with over 20 years’ experience managing and delivering a wide portfolio of impactful and immersive events across the private and public sectors. Alongside her events expertise, she brings substantial experience in project management, budget management, and leading teams, ensuring complex programmes are delivered efficiently, collaboratively, and with a strong focus on outcomes.
She holds a Chartered Institute of Housing Level 2 in Housing Practice and a CIPFA Diploma in Corporate Governance, strengthening her understanding of the social housing sector and the responsibilities of effective governance.
Guided by a strong commitment to customer values and a desire to exceed expectations, Karen looks forward to contributing actively as a co-opted board member and supporting key decisions that will have a positive and lasting impact on Castlemilk’s tenants and communities.
