Delegated Authority

We have delegated authority to complete routine repairs (reactive) to common parts of the property up to the delegated authority set out in your Title Deeds.  Where your Title Deeds are silent, our delegated authority level is £2,000.  Please note that consent levels exclude VAT.  This delegated authority means we can respond quickly to issues helping to minimise costs and further damage to your property.  This delegate authority permits the Association to instruct these works and recover costs without consultation.

We will only consult with owners for any works if the anticipated cost of such works exceeds our delegated authority.
