Since 2009 the Assocation has worked with 12 - 18 year olds on a number of projects. This has included:
Create IT - funded by Wider Role this project worked with 20 young people to develop their skills with digital media.
Milk IT - a drama project which encourages the particpants to create drama inspired by their own background.
We have also worked with the local high schools and the Glasgow Storytelling unit to create short stories inspired by the history of the area.
We also work in partnership with the local Youth Complex and have provided sponsorship for their 'Sub zero' night.

Cassiltoun first ran this project as a pilot and took 20 local teenagers to Balloch for a day of canoeing, mountain biking and orienteering. We obtained funding from Children in Need to expand the project and in 2011 we took 50 local teenagers away. This project was important as it gave the young people the chance to get a break from their local environment and in some cases problematic home life and also the opportunity to learn new skills, have a new experience and also spend time with others who do not come from their school or part of the scheme.
