Cassiltoun Housing Association staff operate in a generic role which means that any member of staff can assist you with any questions or queries on any of the operational services of the organisation. This includes all the services listed on the left hand side. Should you require to speak to a member of the Team, you can either call into the office or telephone and make an appointment. Equally we will respond to telephone enquiries or e-mails and letters and response times will be within 5 working days. All enquiries are confidential and with the exception of reporting a repair which is taken at the reception desk all other enquiries and rent payments will be carried out in one of our interview rooms.
