2. How long do I wait for a house?
The Association has a very strict points system which is used to asses applications for housing need.  it is therefore very important to complete the application form by including as much information as possible.  We currently have huge demand for our stock with very little turn over of empty properties.  This leaves real difficulties when estimating how long it will take before a tenancy is offered.

3. Where is your houses?
All our properties are located locally from our offices.  You will find a break down of our stock under stock profile, location.
