Description: A health walk is a FREE, short, gentle and friendly led walk for people of all ages and abilities. It's a great way to meet new people and take the first steps towards a healthier lifestyle. This summer why not join our early evening health walks and discover the woodlands, waterfalls and wildlife of Castlemilk Park. Walk starts at 6pm (every monday from 2nd April until 3rd September 2012).

Description: This is your opportunity to do some practical work in Castlemilk Park, learn new skills and meet other people. Activities range from woodland management to wildlife surveys or park clean ups. Dress for the weather. All tools and equipment provided. Times 1.00pm - 3.00pm
